Shipping policy

Designed Envision offers standard shipping options to domestic destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow time for tracking numbers to update.

Please keep in mind, every order requires at least 5 business days of processing time before it leaves production, in addition the shipping time is based on where you are located.

In addition, the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We currently ship via UPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow extra time when ordering around any holidays.

Designed Envision does not, and cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc.
