Refund policy

At Designed Envision, we pride our work on creativity and quality and we want you to be happy with your purchase from Designed Envision. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 33 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email designedenvision@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Depending on the circumstances you may incur a handling fee on all returns.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days or longer. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please follow up with us at designedenvision@gmail.com.

Exchanges


Although we make quality one of our top priorities, occasionally a product may come defected from the manufacture or it can also happen during the embroidery/decorating process. If we fail to catch any defects that you find, please provide images, and request a replacement at designedenvision@gmail.com.

Sizing for different products may vary. Product measurements according to various sizes is provided in the product images to prevent this from happening. If you happen to order a product that does not fit to your satisfaction you may return and request a replacement item at your expense for return shipping. 


Return Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Designed Envision will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please take measures to avoid this from happening.
